心休まる優しい音色の中
気持ち良く呼吸を感じながら
ヨガが楽しめました!(^^)!
今日は天気も良く暖かかったので
スタジオの中はハワイ気分です♪

生演奏の中のヨガは
いつもより集中力が増し、呼吸も深くなり
心も身体もより一層癒されます。

I do not know if it's just me or if everybody else encountering issues with your blog. It appears as though some of the text in your posts are running off the screen. Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This may be a problem with my internet browser because I've had this happen before. Appreciate it
